Your missions

Reporting to the Site Maintenance Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of production equipment.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Operate and program robots and specialized machinery in an ISO 8 cleanroom environment.
  • Perform corrective maintenance on production equipment: diagnosis, repairs, and documentation.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of the preventive maintenance plan.
  • Perform preventive maintenance operations in accordance with the established schedule.
  • Identify requirements for technical supplies needed for maintenance, then submit procurement requests to your supervisor.
  • Participate in decisions regarding equipment investments and propose solutions for technical upgrades.
  • Conduct and monitor regulatory inspections of facilities.
  • Take the initiative in continuous improvement efforts aimed at optimizing the reliability, safety, and performance of equipment.
  • Ensure the maintenance of the building and cleanrooms.

Desired qualifications

  • Training in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, or equivalent (e.g., BAC PRO MSMA, BTS MEI/MAI)
  • Significant experience in industrial maintenance, ideally gained in the plastics industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electricity
  • Knowledge of CMMS tools
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Responsiveness and the ability to manage priorities
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team with the production department
  • Proactive in driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Sense of responsibility and adherence to safety and quality standards
