Your role:

Reporting to Clémence, the Group’s Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing communications materials.

Working closely with the marketing and communications team, your future responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the LinkedIn publishing schedule, writing posts, and creating visuals
  • Optimizing a website’s SEO
  • Managing SEA campaigns with the dedicated agency
  • Content creation: updating and writing website content
  • Setting up and tracking monthly KPIs
  • Monitoring the competition to optimize the digital strategy and generate more traffic
  • Drafting and formatting newsletters and email campaigns for clients and prospects
  • Developing visuals (print & digital) such as flyers, social media assets, motion graphics, etc.
  • You will assist the Marketing and Communications Manager

Desired profile:

  • You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Year 1) and are seeking a 12 to 24-month work-study placement
  • You have an interest in the healthcare field
  • You are known for your creativity and versatility
  • You are self-motivated and take initiative
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills
  • You have strong writing skills: a flair for writing and impeccable spelling
  • You are proficient in office software (Microsoft Office) as well as graphic design and photo editing tools (DTP software): InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, and Adobe Premiere Pro would be a major plus
  • You have a good command of English, as most of the content is written in English
