We are offering a brand new, air-conditioned injection workshop at the foot of the Vercors mountains, a great opportunity to join our teams as a Setter working three eight-hour shifts at our Saint-Marcellin plant (38).

Your responsibilities

You will make the necessary adjustments to start production. In this role, you will:

• Assemble and disassemble molds
• Make adjustments and/or fine-tune settings based on any deviations observed
• Start production or restart processes
• Perform visual and metrological quality checks at the start of each work order and at the start of each shift, as required by the specifications
• Complete the documents provided at the start, during, and at the end of production
• Ensure proper operation in terms of productivity and quality
• Respond to machine alarms and requests for intervention from operators or the quality department
• Maintain the general condition of all equipment
• Collect instructions from the previous team and ensure that instructions are properly passed on to the next adjuster
• Comply with waste sorting requirements
• Inform the Team Leader of any anomalies as soon as possible
• Provide advice and explanations to operators on the operation of equipment

Required profile

• Vocational diploma in plastics technology or equivalent level acquired through professional experience
• Knowledge of first-level maintenance of machines/molds
• Experience with Demag, Engel, and Wittmann preferred
