We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Sales & ADV Assistant (Export) based in Lyon (near La Part-Dieu).

  • A position on interim period or temporary contract for a minimum of 6 months, with the company closed for the summer during weeks 32-33-34
  • Travel to our Val-Revermont (01) site for the training period (approx. 3 weeks), as well as occasional travel to coordinate with the on-site sales department

Reporting to the Export Catalogue Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to support the export catalogue sales teams with their commercial prospecting activities, product and service sales, and customer follow-up in France and abroad.

In this role, your main tasks will be:

  • Manage large export orders (proforma invoices, transport documents according to the defined incoterm, management of payments by remittance or documentary credit, etc.)
  • Maintain databases (ERP and CRM), indicators and sales statistics
  • Update prices and customer accounts
  • Assist the sales team, by ensuring sedentary sales relations with a certain category of customers
  • Prepare and/or participate in sales actions (sending samples, sales documents, emailings, customer follow-ups, material organization, etc.)
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required: telephone switchboard, organization of field trips

 

Required profile 

Formation & experience

  • You have completed a Bac to Bac+2 course in export sales, customer relationship management or equivalent, and have experience in export sales.

Personal qualities

  • You are organized, dynamic, rigorous and a strong team player.

Technical skills 

  • Proficiency in office automation tools (Pack Office) and ERP/CRM software
  • Ability to conduct simple exchanges in English (mainly reading and writing)
