Your missions
Under the responsibility of the workshop manager and the 2*8 team managers, your main task will be to make the necessary adjustments to start production in accordance with the company’s quality, safety, environmental, internal regulations, and procedures.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Assemble and disassemble molds.
- Prepare the workstation before each production run (cardboard boxes, pallets, bags, molds, regulators, grinders, robot arms, etc.).
- Start production using the adjustment sheet.
- Restart production, including at the beginning of the week.
- Keep the workstation clean and functional at the end of each production run.
- Ensure the quality of the parts produced
- Identify anomalies and quickly inform the team leader
- Ensure that instructions are passed on between teams (start and end of shift)
- Propose continuous improvement actions to your Team Leader or Injection Workshop Manager
- Comply with rules on waste sorting and equipment preservation
- Provide occasional replacements for operators (breaks, absences, production needs)
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, hygiene, and environmental standards (including GMP)
- Actively participate in performance management within the workshop
- Participate in the integration of new arrivals (sharing best practices, providing on-the-job support)
Profile required
Education: You have a vocational diploma in plastics technology or have gained initial successful experience in the field.
Technical skills: You have basic knowledge of first-level maintenance of machines/molds.
- Knowledge of Arburg, Engel, and Haitian presses is a plus.
You are proficient in standard computer tools.
