Reporting to the Finishing Workshop Manager, you will oversee the efficient operation of the automated production line for pipette and piston assembly and pad printing. You will ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety, quality, environmental and company regulations and procedures.

In this role, your main tasks will be:

  • Carry out production start-ups and associated checks
  • Participate in line empties or their verification
  • Prepare inks according to existing recipe
  • Operate one or more automated assembly and marking lines
  • Check quality during production (visual, dimensional, marking, etc.) according to the control range
  • Detect non-conformities and alert the quality department and the technical team
  • Act on the settings for which you have been trained: stamps, knives, ink, etc.
  • Follow the traceability of all components used and fill in production file documents
  • Clean and maintain equipment to ensure it runs smoothly
  • Participate in meetings or work groups
  • Participate in and comply with the plant’s environmental rules (waste sorting, spill management, etc.)
  • Enforce safety rules (wearing PPE, complying with instructions, etc.)
  • Promote performance within the team

 

Required skills

  • Industrial experience in line operation, ideally on assembly and marking machines
  • Organization, rigor and precision to guarantee the quality of our products
  • Responsiveness and autonomy to intervene rapidly in the event of a malfunction
  • Teamwork
