Your Assignment

Reporting to the Finance Department, you will be responsible for managing general accounting.

You will work closely with Pauline, the Financial Controller, and Angélique, the Third-Party Accountant, as part of a small, close-knit team.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Manage supplier payments
  • Enter bank transactions
  • Generate and review customer invoices
  • Enter miscellaneous transactions
  • Enter supplier invoices and expense reports for the holding company
  • Collect and review customer and supplier accounting information
  • Enter monthly closing entries, ensuring compliance with deadlines (FNP, CCA, provisions)
  • Prepare quarterly supporting documentation for balance sheet accounts
  • Participate in financial audits
  • Provide backup support for reception and switchboard duties

Required Skills

  • Accounting degree (minimum 2 years of post-secondary education: BTS in Accounting, DUT in Business Administration, DCG, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of accounting software (we use CEGID Compta and PMI)
