Your missions
Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Manager, you will be responsible for the company’s accounting.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Accounts Receivable
- Prepare invoices, send them out, and enter them into the accounting system
- Record customer payments and monitor accounts receivable
- Send out payment reminders in coordination with the sales department
- Collect and verify accounts receivable information
- Accounts Payable
- Review, enter, and approve supplier invoices
- Prepare and enter supplier payments
- Manage supplier reminders
- Track supplier accounts
- Cash Flow
- Review, enter, and approve supplier invoices
- Prepare and enter supplier payments
- Manage supplier reminders
- Track supplier accounts
- General Accounting
- Prepare DEB/VAT returns and verify and review the tax bases
- Record various accounting transactions
- Prepare summary documents
Desired profile
- Accounting education (Vocational Baccalaureate in Accounting, BTS in Accounting and Management, DUT in Business Administration, or equivalent)
- Proven track record in accounting in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (knowledge of CEGID Compta and PMI is a plus)
- Strong proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Office
- Organized, detail-oriented, and methodical approach to work
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to meet deadlines
