Your main missions
Reporting to the Finishing Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for operating and ensuring the smooth running of the automated lines dedicated to the assembly of pipettes and pistons, as well as their pad printing.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform production start-ups and associated inspections.
- Operate one or more automated assembly and marking lines.
- Participate in line downtime or line inspections.
- Prepare inks according to pre-established formulas.
- Conduct in-process quality control (visual, dimensional, marking, etc.) according to the inspection checklist.
- Identify non-conformities and alert the quality department and the technical team.
- Adjust machine settings for which you have been trained: pads, knife, ink, etc.
- Ensure traceability and complete production documentation.
- Clean and maintain equipment
- Perform job changeovers (changing plates and associated adjustments, line shutdowns, etc.)
- Participate in and comply with the factory’s environmental rules (waste sorting, spills, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with safety rules (wearing PPE, following instructions, etc.)
- Contribute to the team’s performance
Required profile
- You have some experience operating production lines in an industrial setting
- Experience in marking (hot stamping, pad printing, or equivalent) is a plus
- You are technically skilled and able to perform simple diagnostics and minor mechanical repairs
- You are committed to quality standards and traceability, which are essential in the medical device industry
- Organized, precise, thorough, curious, and committed
- You enjoy working as part of a teamResponsive and self-reliant, able to act quickly in the event of a malfunction
