Main missions
Reporting to the Finishing Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the operation and smooth running of the automated lines dedicated to the assembly of pipettes and pistons, as well as their pad printing.
In this role, your main tasks will be as follows:
- Carry out production start-ups and associated checks
- Prepare inks according to pre-established formulations
- Check quality during production (visual, dimensional, marking, etc.) according to the control range
- Detect non-conformities and alert the quality department and technical team
- Adjust the machines for which you have been trained: pads, knives, ink, etc
- Ensure traceability and complete production documents
- Clean and maintain equipment
- Apply quality, safety, and environmental rules
Above all, we are looking for someone who is
- Motivated, determined, and eager to learn a technical trade
- Comfortable in an industrial and manual environment
- Technically minded (understanding of how machines work, simple diagnostics, minor mechanical repairs)
- Rigorous, curious, and committed
- Enjoying working in a team
Previous experience in the industry is an asset, but not essential: your motivation and desire to learn will make the difference.
