Your missions

Reporting to the Site Quality Manager, you will play an active role in implementing, monitoring, and improving the Quality Management System.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supplier complaints
    • Maintaining relations with supplier quality departments
    • Recording and analyzing supplier complaints
    • Monitoring investigations conducted by suppliers
    • Implementing and monitoring associated corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

 

  • Deviation tracking
    • Recording, processing, and closing internal or external deviations
    • Coordination with relevant departments to assess quality impacts
    • Follow-up on action plans and related documentation

 

  • CAPAs and action plans
    • Implementation, monitoring, and verification of CAPA effectiveness
    • Regular reporting to management and process owners

 

  • Production quality
    • Help write production inspection procedures
    • Help write acceptance inspection procedures

 

  • Continuous improvement/lean
    • Contribution to identifying areas for improvement (audits, field feedback, indicators)
    • Participation in Lean projects
    • Monitoring quality indicators and proposing corrective or optimization measures

Required profile

  • Education & expérience 
    • You have a two- or three-year degree in Quality or equivalent.
    • Successful experience in a similar position is highly appreciated.

 

  • Personal qualities 
    • You are organized, rigorous, analytical, and have a strong ability to work across different departments.

 

  • Technical skills 
    • Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 15378, and ISO 14001 standards
    • Knowledge of plastics processing
