Your missions
Your duties will include receiving and shipping goods passing through the company, and ensuring they are stored optimally.
Your duties will include:
Reception
- Receive goods, unload trucks
- Check and validate the quality of packaging, documentation, and quantities
- Identify products according to internal company codes
- Alert your line manager as soon as possible in the event of any anomalies
Expedition
- Prepare deliveries based on picking slips
- Ensure that certificates and transport documents are present and accurate
- Load goods onto trucks
- Alert your line manager as soon as possible in the event of any anomalies
- Prepare goods for subcontracting
Inventory management
- Participate in inventory management, enter goods receipts and issues into the CAPM
- Store goods in such a way as to reduce dead stock and make the best use of space
Warehouse management
- Locate, identify, and manage product handling
- Check the quality of packaging and quantities received
- Conduct inventory
Flow management
- Optimize and manage space
- Ensure FIFO stock rotation
- Alert the relevant department (quality control or sales administration) in the event of an anomaly
Skills required
- Professional diploma in logistics or equivalent level acquired through professional experience
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar position
- Up-to-date CACES 1-3-5 certification
