Your missions
Reporting to the Finishing Workshop Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of the automated lines dedicated to the assembly of pipettes and pistons, as well as their pad printing.
In this role, your main tasks will be as follows:
- Carry out production start-ups and associated checks.
- Participate in line stoppages or their verification.
- Prepare inks according to the existing recipe.
- Ensure the operation of one or more automated assembly and marking lines.
- Check quality during production (visual, dimensional, marking, etc.) according to the control range.
- Detect non-conformities and alert the quality department and technical team.
- Make adjustments for which you have been trained: stamps, knives, ink, etc.
- Track the traceability of all components used and fill out the production file documents.
- Clean and maintain equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Participate in meetings or working groups.
- Participate in and comply with the factory’s environmental rules (waste sorting, spill management, etc.).
- Enforce safety rules (wearing PPE, following instructions, etc.).
- Be responsible for the performance of the machines entrusted to you.
