Your missions
Reporting to the Quality Manager, your tasks will be as follows:
Quality management
- Ensure regular exchanges with technical teams and seek continuous improvement of products and processes
- Train and pass on best practices to operators: technical, QHSE, GMP – Good Manufacturing Practices,
- Ensure compliance with QHSE and GMP procedures, as well as cleanliness and tidiness of work areas
- Check batch records and release manufactured batches
- Keep production quality indicators up to date
- Alert your manager to any difficulties encountered
Production quality
- Carry out product checks at workstations in accordance with control documents
- Carry out tests and trials on manufactured products
- Check that checks and recordings carried out by operators and technicians are running smoothly
- Participate in the integration of new production employees
- Participate in the drafting of production control ranges
- Organize sorting operations
- Participate in problem-solving groups
Incoming goods quality
- Carry out and record incoming product checks according to control documents
- Validate conformity of incoming products and documentation (components, materials, subcontracting) and release batches
- Carry out tests and trials on incoming products
Skills required
- Degree in quality or equivalent
- At least 1 year’s experience in the plastics industry
- Knowledge of metrology equipment
- Computer skills in Word and Excel
