Reporting to the Finishing Workshop, which specialises in pad printing and assembly of pipettes and pistons, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the marking and assembly production machinery.
In this role, your main tasks will be:
- Ensure the adjustment, start-up and smooth operation of automated marking and assembly lines
- Carry out version, series and format changes
- Carry out or check the vacuum on machines at the end of each production run
- Intervene rapidly, at the request of line operators or the quality department, in the event of a drift or technical problem
- Ensure traceability of interventions on machines to meet our quality requirements
- Participate in troubleshooting in collaboration with the finishing workshop manager or the maintenance department
- Provide technical support to line operators as required
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the workshop (optimization of settings, productivity, etc.)
- Organize, monitor and participate in the sorting of non-conforming parts
- Organize and coordinate the activities of a small team of 2 to 5 line operators
- Participate in the integration (welcome, information, training) of new employees
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the workshop
- Apply and enforce the workshop’s environmental and safety rules
Required profile
- Technical training (Bac Pro/BTS) in maintenance, automation, industrial mechanics
- Significant experience in an industrial environment, on special machines or automated lines
- Knowledge of marking processes; pad printing/screen printing/offset is a plus, but not essential: in-house training will be provided!
- Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills and local leadership
- Taste for teamwork and collective performance
