We’re offering you a great opportunity to join our team as a Team Leader working in a 2×8 clean room assembly workshop based in Megrine (Tunisia).

 

We offer:

2×8 working hours
Working time: 48 hours per week

 

You will be responsible for managing the teams and optimising the productivity of the injection workshop. Your tasks will include:

On the technical side: following the schedule drawn up by the production manager

  • Be responsible for his team’s production in terms of productivity and quality
  • Check the presence and validity of all production documents at the workstation, if not, alert the Production Manager or Quality Technician
  • Ensure that production starts and ends and that they are carried out according to the checklist
  • Manage production changeovers: anticipate material withdrawals, ensure that tools and peripheral equipment are cleaned and that the workshop is kept clean
  • Carry out visual and metrological quality checks at the start of each shift and at the start of each production order
  • Optimise machine settings in accordance with quality criteria
  • Maintain the general condition of the equipment (mould / press / peripherals)
  • Suggest improvements to your supervisor
  • Alert your supervisor to any anomalies as soon as possible
  • Complete production and quality documents
  • Provide information about Cyclades to his/her team
  • Ensure GMP compliance

 

On the management side:

  • Deputising for the production manager outside normal working hours
  • Facilitate the integration of temporary operators and trainees into workstations (training, advice)
  • Ensure that instructions are passed on between people in different teams
  • Comply with and ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and waste sorting instructions
  • Ensure a good social climate within the teams
  • Organise your team at the start of each shift and manage breaks

 

Required profile

  • You will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, gained through work experience
  • Successful experience of managing production teams
  • Knowledge of 1st level maintenance
  • Fluency in French is an advantage
  • Experience in a clean room environment is required
