We’re offering you a great opportunity to join our team as a Quality Technician – Clean Room Production  based in Megrine (Tunisia).

We offer:

2×8 working hours
Working time: 48 hours per week

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will ensure product conformity and promote quality within the production teams.

As such, your main responsibilities will be to

• Carry out product inspections at the workstations according to the inspection documents
  • Metrological checks using the company’s measuring equipment (callipers, scales, measuring columns, profile projectors, shims, gauges, inspection templates)
  • Visual checks
  • Sampling checks: use of statistical tables
  • Checks on production data (OF/components/material/colour/tolerance settings)
• Checking that the inspection and recording operations carried out by operators and technicians are running smoothly
• Participate in the integration of new production staff
• Organise sorting operations
• Participate in the creation of production control areas
• Operational management of non-conformities: carton feedback, follow-up and closure
• Ensure that hygiene, cleanliness and order are maintained at the workstations
• Check batch records and release batches produced
• Alert his/her supervisor to any difficulties encountered
• Guiding the production team in solving problems and initiating corrective actions following internal nonconformities

Profile required

• You have a university degree in quality and successful experience in a similar position
• You have a good knowledge of Pack Office
• You are familiar with the quality system and product conformity procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Good level of French: reading, writing and speaking an advantage
• Clean room experience required
